  • 2 cups chilled mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 beaten egg
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)

Instructions

  1. Prepare chilled mashed potatoes if not using leftovers.
  2. In a large bowl, mix chilled mashed potatoes with mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Shape about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into balls.
  4. Roll each ball in breadcrumbs until fully coated.

  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
