  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ⅓ cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 10-cup bundt pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix apple cider and applesauce until combined.
  4. In a stand mixer, cream softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy.
  5. Add eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture; blend until smooth.
  6. Gradually combine dry ingredients with the wet mixture in three parts, alternating with the apple cider mixture.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
