  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Optional: fresh herbs and sliced apples for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the turkey breast dry and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear in a skillet with butter until golden brown on all sides.
  4. Transfer to a roasting pan and add 1 cup of apple cider.
  5. In a saucepan, combine remaining cider, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, garlic, cinnamon, and simmer until thickened.
  6. Brush glaze over the turkey and roast while basting every 15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) (approximately 1.5 to 2 hours).
  7. Let rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
