  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (room temperature)
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • Boiling water (for the water bath)
  • Salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Prepare a 9-inch springform pan by wrapping it in foil and greasing it.
  3. Mix graham crumbs, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter for the crust; press into the pan.
