  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted (for coating)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the apple filling by melting butter in a saucepan and adding diced apples, sugar, and cinnamon. Cook until slightly softened.
  2. Mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry, then add to the apple mixture until thickened. Allow it to cool.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Flatten each biscuit from the can and place a tablespoon of cooled apple filling in the center.
  5. Fold the edges over the filling and pinch tightly to seal. Shape into balls.
  6. Dip each ball in melted butter and roll in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
