Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 eggroll wrappers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled turkey bacon, jalapeños, green onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  2. Place an eggroll wrapper on a clean surface; add about 2 tablespoons of the filling diagonally across the center. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, fold in the sides towards the center, and roll tightly to seal. Use water to seal edges securely.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Fry the eggrolls seam side down in batches for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
