  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the cream cheese filling by beating cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth; set aside.
  3. Make the crumb topping by mixing flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon; cut in cold butter until crumbly.
