  • 4 cups corn kernels (fresh or thawed)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 pie crust (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish with butter.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté onion until softened, about 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. Stir in corn kernels and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
