Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet Taco Bell seasoning mix
  • 2 cups cooked white rice, seasoned
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • ½ cup crunchy red tortilla strips
  • 1 cup shredded three-cheese blend (cheddar, Monterey Jack, and mozzarella)
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown 1 pound of ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning with ½ cup of water; cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  2. Warm flour tortillas to make them pliable. Spread nacho cheese sauce on each tortilla.
  3. Add seasoned rice, cooked beef, crunchy red tortilla strips, and shredded cheese on top of the nacho cheese.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll tightly to form burritos.
  5. For extra crispiness, heat burritos in a skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side before serving.
