  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and cook ground beef until browned (7–8 minutes). Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; remove from heat.
  4. Mix melted butter with minced garlic in a bowl.
  5. Lay tortillas flat and evenly distribute beef mixture on each. Sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella.
  6. Roll tightly and place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with garlic butter.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before slicing.
