  • ½ pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salsa and sour cream, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
  5. Spread the seasoned beef over one half of the dough and top with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling, sealing the edges well.
  7. Cut into strips, twist each strip gently, and place on the baking sheet.
