  • 2 tubes (13.8 ounces each) pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded (divided)
  • 2 cups parmesan cheese, grated (divided)
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded (divided)
  • 1 cup alfredo sauce (divided)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Spray a large bundt pan with cooking spray.
  2. Cut each tube of pizza dough into ½-inch pieces and place them in a bowl.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the dough balls and add Italian seasoning, garlic, and ½ cup each of mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Toss gently to coat.
  4. In the bundt pan, layer with remaining ingredients: half of the seasoned dough balls, half of the chicken, and half of the alfredo sauce; repeat layers finishing with remaining cheeses on top.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
