  • 1 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs

  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for sautéing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into golf-ball-sized meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
