  • 23 tbsp milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, protein powder, and a pinch of salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix cashew butter, 2 tablespoons of milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients until fully mixed.
  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips evenly throughout the dough.
  5. Adjust consistency by adding more milk if needed.
  6. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined plate.
  7. Chill for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  8. Melt milk chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave in intervals until smooth.
  9. Dip each chilled protein ball in melted chocolate and sprinkle extra mini chocolate chips on top before returning to the fridge for another 15-20 minutes to set.
