  • 8 oz Cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/3 cup White granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup Heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Thaw puff pastry for 30 minutes at room temperature.
  2. Prepare the ganache by heating heavy cream until steaming. Pour over chocolate chips and let sit for 90 seconds before stirring until smooth.
  3. In a bowl, mix room-temperature cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
