  • 1 cup imitation crab meat
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Cooking spray or oil (for baking or air frying)
  • Sweet chili sauce (for dipping)
  • Additional sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, chopped imitation crab, green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Separate and flatten biscuit dough into 4-inch rounds.
  4. Spoon about 1½ tablespoons of filling into each round and fold over to seal tightly.
  5. Arrange on a greased baking sheet or air fryer basket.
  6. Brush with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes or air fry for 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with sweet chili sauce.
