  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 lb turkey bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix
  • 1 package (12 oz) Hawaiian rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare your baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until blended.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat; scramble the egg mixture until fluffy.
  4. Cook turkey bacon in the same skillet until crispy; chop into pieces.
  5. Cut Hawaiian rolls horizontally and layer the bottom half in the baking dish. Add half the cheese, followed by scrambled eggs and turkey bacon. Top with remaining cheese.
  6. Mix melted butter with ranch dressing mix; brush over the tops of the rolls.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
