  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Olive oil, for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix cooked shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Lay out flour tortillas and evenly spread the filling down the center of each.
  3. Top with fresh spinach leaves and diced tomatoes.
  4. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom up to seal the filling inside.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 3–4 minutes until golden brown; flip and cook the other side.
  6. Once both sides are crispy, remove from skillet and let cool slightly before slicing in half.
