  • 5 ½ oz white chocolate (finely chopped)
  • ¼ cup double cream
  • 3 ½ oz unsalted ground pistachios
  • 3 ½ oz kataifi pastry (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 9 oz milk chocolate (finely chopped)
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ⅔ cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the batter by whisking flour, cornstarch, sugar, and salt together. Add vegetable oil and water; let it rest.
  2. In a nonstick pan over medium-low heat, pipe strands of the batter and cook briefly until crispy.
  3. Microwave white chocolate with double cream until melted; blend in ground pistachios and salt for the filling.
  4. Toast kataifi strands in melted butter until golden brown; mix with pistachio cream and chill.
  5. Shape chilled mixture into balls.
  6. Melt milk chocolate and dip each ball; let excess drip off before garnishing with chopped pistachios.
  7. Chill on parchment paper until set.
