  • 812 corn tortillas (small size, street taco-style)
  • ½ cup white onion (finely chopped)
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • Lime wedges for serving
  • Optional toppings: avocado slices, salsa verde, pickled red onions

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix lime juice, olive oil, garlic, and spices. Add chicken thighs; coat well and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
