  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the yeast and honey in warm water. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add the flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Stir until you have a sticky dough.
  3. Cover the bowl with a towel and let rise in a warm place for 45–60 minutes until doubled in size.
  4. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  5. Spoon the risen dough evenly into muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.
  6. Drizzle extra olive oil over the tops, then sprinkle with chopped rosemary, minced garlic, and flaky sea salt.
  7. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown on top. Cool slightly before serving.
