  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 packs ramen noodles, discard seasoning packets
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ½ cup sliced green onions
  • ½ cup shredded carrots, optional
  • Sesame seeds and nori strips, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate sliced chicken in soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, smoked paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook marinated chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown.
  3. In another saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic. Add heavy cream and chicken broth; stir to combine.
  4. Season the sauce with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes; simmer until thickened.
  5. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions and toss with sesame oil.
  6. Assemble bowls by layering noodles with the creamy sauce and topped with chicken.
  7. Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, shredded carrots (optional), and serve warm.
