  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1.5 cups ricotta cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until cooked through; drain excess grease.
  3. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a lightly greased sheet pan. Layer lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  4. Spread half of the ricotta cheese mixture over the noodles, followed by half of the cooked meat and a generous sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
  5. Repeat layering with remaining ingredients.
  6. Top with grated Parmesan cheese, cover with foil, and bake for about 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
