  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 pound shredded Brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat, crumbling it as it cooks. Add green onions, garlic powder, salt, pepper, sriracha (if using), and soy sauce. Cook until browned.
  2. Remove the cooked beef from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add avocado oil and shredded Brussels sprouts. Season with salt and pepper; sauté until soft and caramelized.
  3. Return the beef to the skillet, pour in sweet chili sauce, and squeeze lime juice over everything. Stir well to combine all flavors.
