Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz chicken sausage, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Optional: red pepper flakes, fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper; spread evenly on a baking sheet. Roast for about 15 minutes until crispy.
  2. While broccoli roasts, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the sliced chicken sausage for 3-4 minutes; remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  4. Lower heat and add butter and minced garlic to the skillet; sauté for 1-2 minutes. Stir in honey and soy sauce; simmer until thickened.
  5. Return chicken sausage and roasted broccoli to the skillet; toss to coat everything in the sauce. Heat through for another couple of minutes.
  6. Serve hot, optionally garnished with sesame seeds or chopped green onions.
