  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours) in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Prepare a feta topping by mixing crumbled feta with a drizzle of olive oil and seasoning.
  5. Place marinated chicken in a baking dish and top with the feta mixture.
