  • 3 medium zucchinis, spiralized
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season sliced chicken with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the chicken until golden brown (5-7 minutes). Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds before adding spiralized zucchini. Cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
