  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a mini muffin pan with nonstick spray.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
  3. In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, maple syrup, melted butter, and eggs until well combined.
  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
  5. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  6. Spoon batter into the muffin pan and sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top if desired.
  7. Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
