  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time to the butter mixture, followed by vanilla extract.
  5. Alternately mix in the dry ingredients and sour cream until just combined.
  6. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon for the swirl filling.
  7. Layer half of the batter in the bundt pan, sprinkle half of the swirl mixture, then add remaining batter followed by another sprinkle of the swirl mix. Gently swirl with a knife.
  8. Bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean; cool before serving.
