  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • Mini chocolate chips (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare brownie mix as per package instructions.
  2. Bake brownies for 26-31 minutes until edges are crispy and center is set. Cool for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Scoop brownie centers into a food processor with cream cheese; pulse until combined.
  4. Form tablespoon-sized dough balls and freeze them on a lined baking sheet for at least an hour.
  5. Melt white chocolate chips and dip each frozen pop until fully coated, then return to the baking sheet.
  6. Drizzle additional white chocolate on top and add mini chocolate chips as eyes.
