  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve about 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.

  3. Pour in the heavy cream and stir well. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese, seasoning with salt and pepper. If too thick, add reserved pasta water for desired consistency.
  5. Toss cooked pasta into the creamy mushroom sauce until evenly coated.
