  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
  2. Gently fold in whipped topping until well combined.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips and butter until smooth; stir in vanilla extract and powdered sugar.
  4. In a 9×13-inch dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom, then spread half of the pudding mixture on top.
  5. Add another layer of graham crackers followed by the remaining pudding mixture; finish with another layer of graham crackers.
