  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup light or dark brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 56 peaches, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375° F.
  2. Melt the cubed butter in a baking dish for about 10 minutes until bubbly.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, brown sugar (reserve some), baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in milk and vanilla.
  4. Toss peach wedges with remaining brown sugar and maple syrup.
  5. Layer half the peaches over melted butter, pour batter on top without stirring, then add remaining peaches.
  6. Bake for 50-55 minutes until golden brown and set.
  7. For drizzle, combine melted butter and maple syrup; boil for 2 minutes.
