  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, coat chicken thighs with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Whisk honey and soy sauce together in a small bowl for the marinade.
  4. Arrange coated chicken thighs skin-side up in the baking dish; drizzle half of the marinade over them.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and skin is crispy.
  6. Drizzle remaining marinade over the chicken before serving hot with your favorite sides.
