  • 13 to 16 ounces of pre-made pizza dough
  • 3/4 to 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 ounces mini turkey pepperoni
  • Cooked chicken (chopped) or cooked ground turkey
  • Sliced black olives
  • Chopped spinach or bell peppers
  • Cooking spray for greasing pan
  • Marinara sauce for serving
  • Chopped parsley or basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spray the skull baking pan with cooking spray.
  3. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/4-inch thick and cut into rectangles.
  4. Fit each dough piece into the skull mold cavities.
  5. Layer fillings: start with a tablespoon of pizza sauce, add cheese, then your choice of proteins and veggies.
  6. Seal by folding and pinching the dough edges tightly.
  7. Chill in the fridge while the oven preheats.
  8. Bake for 16–20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving with marinara sauce.
