  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
  • Granulated sugar for rolling

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, combine butter, cream cheese, pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir constantly until thickened.
  2. Mix in graham cracker crumbs and white chocolate chips until smooth. Add food coloring if desired.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a greased baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours until firm.
  4. Once chilled, roll into small balls and coat with granulated sugar.
  5. Use a toothpick to create ridges on each truffle and top with chocolate chips.
