  • 4 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (for whipped cream)
  • Chopped pecans for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut each tortilla into rounds using a cookie cutter.
  2. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon, then brush tortilla rounds with melted butter and coat in the mixture.
