  • 100g powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a small springform pan.

  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and pumpkin spice. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined—avoid overmixing.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for approximately 25 minutes. Cover loosely with foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Allow to cool completely before glazing with a mixture of sifted powdered sugar, milk, and maple syrup.
