  • 2025 Oreo cookies
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk (for pudding)
  • ½ cup Cool Whip (for chocolate layer)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for raspberry layer)
  • 1 cup Cool Whip (for raspberry layer)
  • ½ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. For the crust, crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press firmly into an 8×8-inch dish and freeze for 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare chocolate pudding using only 1 cup of milk. Fold in half a cup of Cool Whip until fluffy. Spread over the chilled crust and freeze for another 10–15 minutes.
  3. Beat together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and two tablespoons of milk until smooth. Fold in raspberries and one cup of Cool Whip. Spread over the chocolate layer.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours before serving.
