  • 12 oz ravioli (meat or vegetable)
  • 4 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with nonstick spray or olive oil.
  3. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in the dish. Layer half of the ravioli, followed by half of the cottage cheese mixture and a sprinkle of mozzarella. Repeat with remaining ingredients, finishing with mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  5. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing to serve.
