  • ½ teaspoon (3g) salt
  • 1 bag (340g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 ½ cups (90g) Rice Krispies cereal

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to the wet mixture.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips gently.
  6. Roll cookie dough into balls and coat them in Rice Krispies before placing on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
