  • 1 pound turkey sausage (crumbled)

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 bell pepper (diced)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown crumbled turkey sausage for about 5-7 minutes; transfer to a bowl.
  3. Sauté chopped onion and diced bell pepper in the same skillet until tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
