  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 1/2 cup Gruyère cheese, grated
  • Fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Sauté diced onion until soft.
  3. Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms; cook until browned and moisture evaporates.
  4. Season with thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir in cream cheese, Parmesan, and Gruyère until melted.
