2 medium sweet potatoes, cubed
2 cups broccoli florets
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
On a large sheet pan, arrange sliced sausage, cubed sweet potatoes, and broccoli florets.
