  • 1 can refrigerated flaky biscuits (8 count)
  • 3/4 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 3/4 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Flatten each biscuit slightly on a baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, mix chopped shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, Old Bay seasoning, and parsley until well combined.
  4. Spoon the filling onto half of the biscuits and place the remaining biscuits on top. Pinch edges to seal.
  5. Brush the tops with melted butter and bake for 13–15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool for two minutes before serving.
