  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • ½ teaspoon baking soda

  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar for topping
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Mix in granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
