  • 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 can (14 oz) unsweetened coconut milk
  • 9 ounces instant ramen noodles

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp of sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add torn shiitakes and cook until browned.
