  • 1 pound flank steak (thinly sliced)
  • 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot (julienned)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate sliced flank steak in soy sauce and cornstarch for about 10 minutes.
  2. While marinating, wash and slice vegetables.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil and sauté the marinated steak until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from the pan.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant. Add bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, and shrimp. Cook until everything is tender but crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Combine all ingredients in the skillet; season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
