  • 1 large onion (3.5 cups chopped)
  • 2 cups celery (1/4 inch diced)
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup fresh sage (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups chicken/turkey broth
  • 2 large eggs

  4. Whisk broth and eggs together; gradually pour over the bread mixture while gently mixing.
  5. Grease a baking dish with softened butter and transfer stuffing mixture evenly into the dish.
  6. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes; uncover for another 25–35 minutes until golden brown.
