  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  4. Brush half of the glaze onto the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake for 8 minutes, then brush with remaining glaze.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for another 8-10 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature of 145°F).
  7. Let rest for 2 minutes before garnishing with chopped parsley and serving.
